I pride myself on being a decent cook, only a few flops now and then. Well tonight was one of the "thens"


I really like Krafts new red Wine Vinagrette dressing and I've been using it on several things, inlcuding chicken, so tonight I thought Id marinate some chicken breasts in it. So I did and left them to cook, I came back a bit later to find HOT PINK chicken in the pan!
ROFL it was so funny!!
I told dh I was going for a fashion statement with food.

I did that once with a fresh black berry merinade! I was shocked the chicken turned a purple color! But it was sooooo good!

I did the same thing with a raspberry vinigrette dressing a while ago...


Its just how it looks.. tastes fine, looks horrible!

Oh Yeah, same thing here with the rasberry viniagrette. DS is wary of my chicken anyway and having colored chicken didn't go over well!
