It's getting out of hand. Ask your son if you have a static IP address. They have some IP addresses blocked, so I have to disconnet to get a different IP address to get on.

I think with AOL, you have the same issue as I do , never the same IP twice in a row, so sometimes it blocks us or boots us.

It has to do with white & black lists. OK, I'll quit.
