I lost 4 lbs this week! For a total of 10 lbs, now I just have 45 lbs to lose! WOW I feel so good about this.
 
Try not to be so hard on yourself. Count up the pts. you used and keep up the good work. Everyone splurges sometimes. Just pick yourself up and get back on the wagon. No big deal. You CAN do this!!:cheer2:

I been wanting a Pizza Hut pizza, so I made my own and it was great! I'm still within my points for today with two left over for a snack before bed.

You have to erase FAILURE from your vocab!! (Sorry to sound bossy ;) ) We all have bumps in the road! And we all have LIFE!! Remember to not look at this as a diet, but a lifestyle change!! Diet is a 4 letter word!! We are changing our lives and there are times that we are going to struggle!! We have to overcome these struggles and face them and then move on!!

So, for me, not so good, but livable:

Friday - Drinks and Dessert mmmmmm it was all so good!! I had lots of water and limited the drinks, but I did enjoy a couple of samples of dessert.

Saturday - Crop. Did goo until the afternoon and then I munched, had too much supper, and did not drink enough water. BAD BAD DAY!!

Sunday - bad day!! Had leftovers from Friday (chips and dessert) that were hanging around the house. I should've thrown them out, but I thought I would be strong. Yup, I was wrong. I was not strong and I ate some of each. Oh well.

So Friday morning I was at 202.0 which is down 10 lbs!! And today I am at 205.0 which is back up 3 :upsidedow ROLLAR COASTER!!!!

Oh well, another week and this one will be better, right???

I went to WW on Saturday and didn't weigh in so I'm excited for Saturday coming up. Weekends seems easier for me because since I don't have to work I usually eat around 11:00. I know, it's bad to skip breakfast but I wasn't hungry and normally I'm not a breakfast eater. But I had more points to spread out during the day.

Last night I had 5 extra points so I had a little piece of brownie and a few Doritos. Yum...what a difference between baked chips!

How did everyone else do?

I think I am more excited to find out how much you have lost than I am for me!! The suspense is killing me:lmao:

I tried my Turbo JAM video today. I only did the 20 min video and was soaked with sweat and thought I was going to die.:upsidedow But excercising in the morning gives me more energy for the rest of the day.

So all my water is done for the day but we are going Bowling:scared1: Lots of fried food:rolleyes2

I had someone at work today ask me if I had lost some weight (they didn't know that I was on WW now). So that made me feel really good that people are beginning to notice. With only 10 lbs I'm not having to go to a smaller size yet.

It's here my beginners Pilates DVD came in today. My husband just gave it to me when I'm needing to go to bed. Well, I'll try it out tomorrow!

Let us know how it is. I've been working on my Pilates machine and I can tell by 4 sessions that my back feels stronger and my tendonitis is not so bad.

I was going to do the video 5 days a week. But I am soooo sore today after using it yesterday. So I am thinking I need to start out at 3 days a week. But I am going to use my Wii fit today for less impact. OH my aching back and legs:lmao:

Well, the recession has finally hit us. DH is on a day to day bases with his job and he is in construction. His job as an electrician has kept him busy this long and for that we are thankful :) We're a little short every month with his unemployment but if I get another parttime job we won't have to dip into savings at all. Being busy with will defintely stop me from eating!

I feel your pain, my husband knew his job was going out of business so he took another job back in the summer/fall and it's been short every month with us. We were planed to go to WDW in Oct and stay at CSR. Well we moved the date up to "value" season and changed back to Pop. We were able to save $788 just making those changes. But hey, I'm happy we're still going to Disney.;)

That's great your husband is willing to go :) There is no way my DH will even think about it :( Any Disney is a good time no matter where you stay ;)
