Hi All!!

Deb, to be honest, I had to cancel my online subscription too. I used the 3 month deal and that is all. I did go to meetings in 2007, so I figure I will just have to be strong. I know our health and weight come first, but there is a line when you have to make that tough choice. But think how proud we will be for doing it ourselves!!

I am finally under 200 lbs!! I am 199.0!!!:cool1: :cheer2: That means 13 lbs lost since Jan 3!!!

And, today I put on a shirt that I have been waiting to fit, and it FIT!!! YEAH!! Only 4 more lbs and then I will buy myself new jeans!!

You are doing awesome! I'm so proud of you. I can't wait until I loose enough weight to get a new pair or "smaller" jeans. I'm so excited that you're so close. Those are great motivators.

How's things with the baby?
 
I was so ready to get weighed this morning and to my surprise I'm still at the 10 lb mark. That's the third week. My husband was so sweet he kept saying "you are doing good I know because that cottage cheese look on your butt is about gone". I know he was trying to make me feel better. He's so affraid that I'm going to get discouraged and stop. I'm not stopping because I feel that I have lost so I'll just keep watching what I eat and count my points. I got to get up and work out that's what I'm not doing.
 
I have been sick for 2 weeks and haven't checked in and not much has been happening! I am still not brave enough to post those dear bikini shots, but I will at the end of this month. Hold me to that! I have two weeks to getting looking, well, less "weeble-ish" in it! :rotfl2:

Oh, I hope you're feeling better. Did you loose any weight during those 2 weeks you were sick?

I'll be posting a picture soon also, but I don't think you could tell any difference.

I actually gained a bit! :confused: I was living off condensed soup and saltines and I rarely eat processed stuff, so it wasn't a real shocker. But I am back on track now!
 
I am still kicking around. No weight loss here since the weekend. I know I am in for a BAD weekend this weekend as we are going away. But, that is OK. It is not like this will happen all the time - once in a while is not too bad.

I was feeling really good and tried on some of my summer clothes to see how "big" they were and found that I am not really losing in bum/hips area yet. It seems to be waist up for me (that is why my shirts are fitting better). Oh well, patience, it will come.

I just weighed myself. I lost 1 pound. It's okay though because I haven't been very regimented with my points. We went to Chevy's last night and I had 2 Pepsi...Ugh. So I'm happy with the 1lb!

Yes, one pound is okay with me. I just feel myself slipping into my old ways. I need to be mindful...

Don't let yourself do that, think about how you felt before...be strong and think "I can do this for me".:)

I'm trying. I'm an all or nothing person so I'm learning to be in the middle. If I do one thing off the program I feel like I cheated and ready to give up. So it's been a learning curve for me.

Just weighed in and I lost 1 lb this week, that's OK with me because it's "that time of the month". I'm staying on track but I"m still not working out. I just can't get myself up and move. I don't have to unbotton my weekend jeans anymore before I would wear a long shirt so you couldn't see that they were unbotton. I'm waiting to take my picture on March 4th it's my two month mark. I keep telling myself think postive, this is for me!

I don't have any pictures to post but I can post daily and hopefully help others stay on track.

After having 2 kids- I finally lost almost 50lbs and in 2007 became WW lifetime. However, I let life get in the way and I gained 20lb of it back and that is where I am now. I started back 7 weeks ago at 185.8 and now down to 176.6. My loss has been much slower this time but I guess being 2 years older is catching up.
I am not following the new WW momentum program as I am sticking with what I know - the old points system. I also started running - a first for me. I went from computer chair to 5k in 4 weeks so I am tickled pink but definitely fight the daily battle to stick with it. DH and I are also registered for the 2010 Disney 1/2 marathon. He is an avid runner in the Army so obviously he is in great shape but fortunately is very supportive.

Things that seem to work for me.
I have an excel spreadsheet that I track my daily meals. I preplan the night before making sure that I am getting my healthy 8's and it stops me from straying into the bad food category. I am also always eating it seems. I have always followed 5 smaller meals then 3 larger ones. I am not a fruits person so that is a constant battle.

I have read all 8 pages and everyone is doing great.
 
I agree about planning ahead that works for me. On Saturdays I plan my week in meals so I know what to pickup at the store. I plan each day the night before and write everthing down that I eat....this really works for me. I just need to get out of my computer chair!!

I lost 2 lbs this week.

I'm starting to get used to this lifestyle change but at time it is still hard. I notice I'm very regimented during the week but when the weekend comes I tend to eat a little more. So I'll have a few cookies on Saturday night. I try to not to eat my extra 35 points so I can live a little easier on the weekend :)
