Comcast OnDemand issue - anyone else?

I'm getting a communication error (meta-6) when I try to get to my OnDemand. I called Comcast & the rep said I was the second person to call about this in a few minutes.. she sent a signal through to reset the box... anyone else? ?

I have been getting them non-stop on one of my boxes. You can do a temporary fix by unplugging the box from the wall for 1 minute. It then takes about 15 minutes for everything to download again. However, with mine - this temporary fix only lasts a few hours.

Comcast finally came and replaced my box. My other box never had the error.
