So, since my last post, we have scrapped staying at Cocoa Beach prior, and will instead stay at Shades of Green for 3 nights and take advantage of military salutes park tickets. We are also staying for 2 nights after the cruise (again at SoG). We are on the Disney Dream for 4 nights in between. :rainbow: I rented a double stroller for the duration of our trip, because it was cheaper than doing two separate reservations. Our kids will be 5 and 2 when we travel. Worth it to bring the stroller on board, or is it more of a space hog than anything? If the latter is the case, I'll leave it in our rental car parked at port. I didn't know if people used strollers on the ship at all. I see maybe some minimal checking out Nassau, and then Castaway Cay of course, but are either of those "big" enough that you would really want a stroller? I know with all the walking at WDW it will be a huge help, but with the slower pace of a cruise, I'm thinking maybe it would be more in the way rather than a help.

I have rarely seen a stroller on board. It is my understanding that a double stroller is just too big and is more of a nuisance for other cruisers. The hallways are quite narrow as are the stateroom doors. I've seen people mention bringing umbrella strollers.

You should want to look into your rental. Instead of parking at the port and paying a fee, why not drop it off and do a new rental when you come back?

Regarding the stroller, you could ask at SoG to store it for you until you return.

I priced out both ways (to keep the rental and have two separate rentals) and cost wise it works out better to keep it for that time AND pay for the parking. My employer has a contract with National that we can tap into for personal travel as well so it's a significant savings. We will leave the double stroller in the car instead of taking it on board. Thanks!

We have a 15 month old and used our stroller (a City Mini GT) pretty much every time we left our room. It would have been a nightmare having him walk around in some of the more crowded areas. YMMV.
