Combining Target gift cards on the mobile app?

I have done this in the past, but now it won't work for me. It keeps giving me an error message.

I have a bunch of small cards I would like to combine on the app.

I haven't used the mobile app before, but when I heard you could combine cards I went to download it for my iPhone. In the description it said that one feature that was on the old version but was not available yet on the new version was the mobile gift cards. Not sure if this has something to do with why many seem to be having problems.

Did you load and try to combine your cards right after? Sometimes it won't let me combine right after I enter new cards. I can do it the next day though.

I just tried it, and got an error message also. Mine are not newly purchased cards either.

Susie - as you might remember, I mentioned on another thread I'm having this issue suddenly and just asked a friend who combines her Perks Target gift cards and she also can't combine. Clearly there is an issue - what a mess!

Yea, looks like an overall Target issue for everybody.
If I knew what was good for me, I'd stay away from everything Target!

Try again! I was able to combine my gift cards as well as my friend who also suddenly had issues. It appears it might be fixed.
