Booked a campsite at Fort Wilderness, but wanted to add an extra day. Keep calling back, but they keep telling me no availability. Checked online and it was available!! So I booked it online. They told me they could combine the two, so we would'nt have to move campsite. Called back to combine and they said they could'nt do it!!! Phone and internet reseravations are totally different. Could someone please explain the difference to me? How can there be no availability on phone resv. but avail on internet?? Have I really screwed up, but I was given wrong info by csm.
