Ok this may be out there but my question is....Can you use the 20% discount from TIW w/ the 10% rewards discount. for a total of 30%?

I would guess no, so opt for the larger discount. From the Disney Visa website, the small print for #8 (the dining discount offer) indicates:
Not valid in combination with other offers, discounts or promotions.
