Can you use Entertainment coupon #10009123 and combine it with AMEX #5125601. This combination gave me the best rate for picking up at the WDW Care Care Center and dropping off at MCO. Our rental dates are Oct 13-24. Will there be a problem at the counter using two different codes that need identification (coupon + AMEX card)? I have used Priceless and Entertainment together without a problem, but only had to show coupon.

Technically the Entertainment coupon requires you enter the Entertainment code (read the coupon carefully).

The reservation computer doesn't kick out "illegal combinations" and so far National has been honoring these types of combinations. I think the vast majority of National Reservations people on this board make use "illegal combinations".

Most rental companies let you use one code plus one coupon. The code will usually get you a percentage off the base rate/extra day rate, and coupons are generally an additional fixed amount off, like $20, or give you one free day, or give you a free one-class upgrade.

Most of the time, if you have a percentage-off code and a fixed discount coupon from different sources, that's allowed. What they will not allow is two coupons, or two codes, or a percentage-off coupon mixed with a percentage-off code.

My last rental was at Alamo, using a percentage-off code from Sams Club, along with a $20-off coupon from the same place. I got a mid-size car for 9 days for only $122, including taxes and fees. That's the best rental car bargain i've ever gotten in Orlando!

Used Alamo's Quicksilver in April. There is no Quicksilver line so we were directed to the counter in the garage (is that the car care cntr?). Bypassed a huuuuuuge line. We have a Nat'l Emerald Club ressie and plan to just walk out there again if no Emeral Club line. :teeth:

The original poster said that they were picking up their car at the Magic Kingdom Car Care Center, which is the Alamo/National location right by the Magic Kingdom tollgates. (There's also a Hess gas station right next door.) There is only counter service at the MKCCC, but (in our experience), there is rarely a line :).

agnes!

We are Emerald Club members, but there is no Emerald Aisle at the Car Care Center, all ressies are counter service.
Oops, missed that. :)
