We have a party of 8 (4 adults, 3 children, and one "infant" 2yr old)

I have the below ADR's at Be Our Guest in January:

-1 @ 9:50am
-1 @ 10:05am
-1 @ 10:10am
-4 @ 10:15am

If we all showed up at say 10am would they let us eat together?

Also, you see I have reservations for 7 which leaves out our 2 year old. The planner we are working with says we have to have a reservation for the little one. Do you think they would let us in with her without a reservation? She will not have a meal of her own and will likely sit on someones lap.

Thanks!

Every person is counted (even newborns). You must have an ADR for your baby. Probably best to keep trying for a party of two ADR and then you can drop one of the party of 1 ADRs.

As stated the 2 year old has to be counted on the ADR due to restaurant capacity and fire code.

You also cannot show up late!

I'd drop the 9:50am and try to get another ADR for 2 between 10am and 10:15am.
Then everyone show up at 10am and you will likely all be let in together or if not its only a few minute staggered gap between them so not bad.
Definitely pre order too so you're not waiting in a long line just to do so at the time.

Try to modify a couple of the parties of 1 and see if you can make them 2. Might not work at BOG due to how the seating is. At TS restaurants, it usually works. But yes, everyone needs a seat. Show up by about 9:45 and hope for the best. Use Touring Plans reservation finder and look for one for all of you though.

1) BOG frequently lets you check-in only 5-minutes early.
2) So, one group could get seated.
3) By the time the next group would be allowed in, the adjacent table could be taken by someone else.
4) When busy, the SERVERS will not let you "save" seats, and will allow others to use those seats/tables.
5) And, as mentioned above, there could be a problem with not counting the youngster.
6) It is possible for one person to be left outside tying to find somewhere else to eat.

NOTE:
"Lap Babies" are still in the restaurant headcount.
Guests might think they don't count, but the fire-marshal doesn't think that way.
When making ADR's guests are asked to list everyone, regardless of age.

Thank you everyone for your responses, I will continue to search for a full reservation for 8 if possible!
