Columbus weekend - When MK?

Taking all the info into account I can't go to MK on the whole weekend.
We are off-site.
Don't go on Saturday because most people do.
Don't go on Sunday because of EE day
Don't go on Monday because of the holiday.

Argh
Which day would be the least hassle?

Then throw EPCOT in to. Which day for that?

This guy has his own holiday weekend at WDW? Wow, i never knew...

We are going to be there starting the Monday of Columbus Day and have decided to go to MK regardless of the crowds. Hopefully some of the people will be heading home after the long weekend.

Epcot never seems as busy as the other parks based on it's immense size. I'd probably try to get there on Sunday. Use FastPass for the big attractions.
