Columbus OH, Travel Through it (I-70) or around it (I-270)?

I am traveling south into Columbus via US 33 and will arrive around 4pm Thursday. I will be continuing East on I-70 towards PA. My question is whether I should take I-70 straight through town or take bypass 270? If I should take I-270, which direction

Eewwww..either way you may be hitting some traffic.
I would go around it...270.
Hopefully, you will get some other responses.

BTW, I hate travelling both of them.

We used to drive through Columbus heading to PA and always went through on I-70. It was so long on the bypass and even if we hit some traffic it was quicker to go straight through. Hope that helps!
