Columbus Day wk - how would you attack the parks?

Planning on a day at AK, EPCot and MGM; MNNSHP night at MK. Planning on 2 days at Universal/IOA and a day at SeaWorld.
Coming down on the Fri before Columbus Day so will have from Sat-Fri for the parks. Thinking Tues may be a pool day if MNNSHP is that night. How would you plan your other days? What would be best for that wknd?
