Columbia Refurb

I see that the Columbia is on the refurb schedule Sept 12 and I'm curious to know how that effects F! Hopefully it's a brief refurb, I'm a bit baffled about why they'd take it down so soon after the return of Fantasmic.

I saw that, too. Since there are Fantasmic dining packages available for the following weekend makes me think it won't be down for very long.

They have back up routines when a ship is down. They will likely use the stage for the pirate scene.

I don't think I've ever seen the pirates scene on Tom Sawyer Island but I have seen the finale on Tom Sawyer Island many times when they don't have the Mark Twain. I may have just missed my opportunities but do they even do the pirates scene on the island?

Fantasmic is on the schedule for Sept 16th, so it looks like Columbia's refurb is indeed a brief one, running from the 12th to 15th.
