Does anyone know if they still have the vegetarian chilli? I was looking at the menu on allears and it does not appear on the menu dated December 2010. Thanks!

Gosh I don't remember but I did get the veggie sandwich when we were there in November and as always delicious. One of our favorites. Check ALLEARSNET they will have updated menu's.

They still had it in November, but I didn't try it. I had the lighthouse sandwich 3 times this trip.

Uh oh....I also see on the new menu that the tuna sandwich is now on a "toasted multi-grain roll" instead of multi-grain bread. :scared1: I hope this isn't the dreaded same roll that is being used for the hamburgers. :sad2: Usually, one would not put tuna salad on the same type of roll used for hamburgers....but at this point nothing will surprise me.

I love multi-grain breads and rolls, but I had one awful multigrain roll (so dry, it could have been its own theme park in the Sahara) at the Boardwalk Bakery on my last trip that I wouldn't care to try again.

If the vegetarian chili is gone....my entire family will be disappointed and I will have to rearrange our lunch plans on the fly. :headache: Honestly, this would be a major loss to vegetarian guests. :sad1:

I really hope they do not change the tuna sandwich to much because this is the only place I will eat tuna salad. I have tried several other places and even my own that I make for my husband but have not liked any of them and love the one at Columbia Harbor House. So please Disney leave well enough alone!!!!

Dang it, just popped onto allears and they didn't have the veggie chili on their menu, they had the lighthouse sandwich (hummus and slaw). Sorry!

We were there just before Thanksgiving and I did not see the vegetarian chili on the menu.

Oh no...veggie chili was one of my fav's :(
And I had plans to have a bowl on our next trip.

Next trip - Pop Jan. 24-31, 2011

If it is true and there is no veg chili, I guess we will have to find some where else to eat. We are vegans and this was always a nice place to have a sandwich and soup. It seems like everytime we find something we like, they change it or take it off the menu. Thanks for the information.

The tuna sandwich was still being served on the multi grain bread as of yesterday.

Thank you for the confirmation. :worship: I was reading reviews on allears last night and one from 12/15 mentioned the bread. I think we're safe. :)

Thank goodness for small miracles! I am a tuna salad addict. I actually take a list of tuna salad locations with me on every trip. :rolleyes1

But removing the veggie chili is still a low blow. I'm afraid it is a casualty of the current WDW menu standardization program. The veggie chili is not offered anywhere else on property so it was bound to be a target for elimination. :sad2:

Never too soon to start writing those emails of complaint.

I just wanted to offer an update. I had read this thread last week to find out if the chili was still on the menu. On Wed the 12th we went to CHH for lunch and I asked the cashier what the "soup of the day" was that day. Lo and behold it was the vegetarian chili! I'm not sure if its going to be the "soup of the day" every single day, but at least they haven't removed it permanently. :)

Thanks for the update on the veg. chilli. Hopefully they will have it on the day we are in MK.
