I'm trying to find some new places to try.

Is the fish and chicken basket any good? I'm sure the chicken is the same as all the rest. I'm more interested in what the fish is like. Not a huge fish lover, but I can eat a piece.

I would be sharing with my niece. How many of each do you get?

We loved Columbia Harbor House. We ate there twice on our trip. The adult platter with either fish or chicken is a good sized portion. You don't mention how old your niece is, but it is big enough to share with say a 3 year-old unless she's a big eater. There is a child size chicken platter, but IIRC not a child sized fish platter. Unless that has changed, it was November 2010 when we went. I remember my daughter wanted fish so I had to get the adult one for her. I just got the child sized chicken platter on her KTTW card and her fish platter on mine. It was still plenty of food for me by the time I helped her with the fish plate. We were on the DDP so we also got a desert and one other side in addition to the fries that come on the platter. I think we got grapes and a brownie and oh yeah, the drink that comes with the adult plate was really big. So yeah, it was plenty of food…really good though.

From what I'm reading, the fish and chicken basket has been discontinued. You can get a shrimp and fish basket but not fish and chicken. You can also get fish or chicken nuggets by themselves (or fried shrimp).

Oh, that's too bad.

It would have been enough for us to share. I don't eat much and we share all of our meals.

Sounds like I might have liked the fish. A whole basket, I know would be too much fish. I don't really like seafood so the shrimp and fish basket wouldn't work.

The menu has recently changed so check out the options.

The fish though is good.
Coming from a country famous for it's fish (& chips) I always eat here & I always eat the fish. Delicious.

A great undervalued restaurant in my opinion.
