Colorado Cruisers

Cristi,

That sounds good! I'll definitely try that!

My husband and I love snorkling all day and then treating ourselves to a sweet Pina Colata to chase away the salt in our mouth from the ocean...but we're ALWAYS on the lookout for other tasty treats:)

Lisa.

Sandy, I looked at Kings today for Crystal Light cranberry or pineapple(I saw your other thread). I didn't see any of those flavors, but the raspberry ice sounded interesting. :flower:

Lisa - never had a mojito but now you you have me interested in trying it, it sounds so yummy. My favorite drinks on the ship is a BBC and the sail-a-way drink (aka miami vice). I also enjoyed the conk cooler at CC.

Cristi - with that juice in your mixed drink, have you ever tried Mango rum or coconut rum with it? The drink sounds so refreshing.

I am thinking about taking twin 8 year olds there this Saturday. Anyone else going to Pirates Cove this weekend?
If that had said "twin 18 year olds (in lime green bikinis)" I'd have been there, but I don't think they really need another creepy old guy skulking around, so I'll stay home.

Jrsyboy, you always know how to liven up the thread. Too funny.

Cristi, unfortunately, I can't stand anything and I mean anything rasberry. I thought that rasberry ice did sound good though. Thanks for checking for me! What do you think about fruit punch?

Lisa, that pina colada sounds yummy right now.

Hey... I have a question

Does anyone know the age of babies that you have to start paying tips on the cruise for? Is it everyone needs to pay tips no matter what age they are?

Sandy,
That Pina Colata is only a couple months away for me now!!! I sail September 17th...(doing a happy dance).
:cheer2:

Well....I am over 18 :earseek: ;) :rotfl2:

Hey Jrsy Boy,

silly question, but are you from New Jersey? I'm always the last person to figure out those custom license plates too...

Lisa.

Lisa, I am glad you posted it. I was wondering the same thing. Sounds like you and I are a lot a like. Custom plates?? If it isn't spelled out all the way, yea right. I can't figure it out. :rotfl: I get my pina colata Aug 20th. :cheer2: We just got our room assignment yesterday which is 2000. Read good things and read bad things about that room.

Heidi, I don't have any flavored rums here at the house, that does sound good with it though. We ususally use light rum, but we were out one day and used dark rum. I didn't like it with the dark rum, but my DH did. I am definitely going to try the BBC next time. I haven't ever had one, but have recently started really enjoying Baileys. All winter I would make hot chocolate with Baileys in it. And this summer I have made a couple of milkshakes with Bailey's in it. Yum!!

Sandy, The fruit punch would probably be good too. They also had one that was called either orange something or tangerine something. That might be good too.

We do sound like a bunch of lushes, huh?

You know what else goes good with hot chocolate?.....Malibu rum and whip cream, yummy!!!! I will pretty much find a way to mix Malibu rum with anything!!! Okay I am starting to sound like a lush!!

That lush is my daughter.....she taught me all about Malibu rum. Got me hooked! Oh yes, she got me hooked on BBC's as well. Thanks Heidi. Turn me into a drunk! :rotfl:

Born and raised in NJ but adopted by the good people of CO 9 years ago. Why do you mention license plates, though? My plates actually do say JRSYBOY. DW says that people probably think that I am overly fond of cows. :rotfl: Unfortunately for her, she is in my car more often than I am.

My two cents on the current lush discussion: I bought a bottle of banana flavored rum in Nassau while on our cruise but I have to keep it out of sight. It tastes so good, even straight, that I could probably put myself in the hospital drinking it. I can't hold my banana rum like I used to... :faint:

Hey Jersey,

Seriously?! Your license plate says jrsyboy??? How funny. Honestly, it was just a guess, I swear I'm not stalking you! :cool1:
Someone mentioned Malibu Rum...I also just recently discovered that...I'm enjoying it a little too much:)

Lisa.

Banana rum??? Oh my. Does that ever sound good. In St Thomas I had a banana daquiri. It was so good.

Sandy & Heidi Wow you don't talk about drinking all the time on the other thread! :drinking1 Now I see how you really are! :rotfl:
