Gosh Teresa, it looked like you were getting dumped on last night. It has rained tons here everyday. We even turned off the sprinkler system.

Good luck on the airfare. I kept watching the fares for our repo cruise in Aug but the gas prices were scaring everyone so I took their advice and bought tickets. They dramatically went down immediately AFTER I bought. That is just my luck.

Sandy - We've gotten a little here and there, but nothing major. I think the storm yesterday was south of us, in Castle Rock. I wish we would get a good dumping, hopefully tonight.

Sorry I haven't been around, but I haven't been extremely busy. Despite all the tough days I have too in the Mexico sun. Actually, this coming week I will be going Baja Racing in Cabo San Lucas so it should be interesting to see what happens then.

Anyhow, I will let you know of anything fun/exciting after it happens of course

We booked our flight about a month ago with Frontier. They were having a sale of $197 per ticket, before taxes. September is getting closer...yay!

At my house we were dumped on Friday and Sunday!!! I am enjoying the rain, just as long as there is NO hail!!!

Ya gas prices are starting to scare me, they said it may be over $3.00 by the end of the year. I hope not or else I am trading in my Pathfinder.

We've gotten a little rain, but no major downpour's. I wish we would, our grass is starting to fry.

I hope the gas stays the same the next few weeks since we leave for our San Francisco Road Trip in 3 weeks. I have a van, so we get really great mileage, but I know it's going to be so high when we get out west. I'll be laughing at those people with Hummer's if it gets that high

Ok, so I have to admit that I drive a gas guzzler BUT it was for a reason a couple of years ago. I drive a Suburban that we used to pull an RV with. Now we have a 5th wheel. I just couldn't see getting a new car when the Suburban is paid for. Oh my gosh, I didn't know that it might get to 3.00 by the end of the year. Guess I should have filled up at Safeway today. It would have been 2.00. Live and learn!

Cristi, how was your party? Hope you didn't get rained out!

Sandy, My party turned out great! We lucked out with the weather. No rain at all. I was kind of worried when I was putting the tables because it got cloudy and windy, but it never did rain. I was exhausted on Sunday though. We started the party at 3pm with no ending time. It wasn't really a housewarming since we have been here for almost 2 years, but we have done a lot of work around here and we wanted to show it off. So we had people here from shortly after 3 until almost 11pm. Man, I am getting too old to party for that long.

DH just bought a used Subaru Impreza and will be getting rid of his Jeep. He was tired of the high gas prices too.

Just checking in witht the Colorado Cruisers! Have been so busy lately I have been a slacker.

Went to the Disney store at Park Meadows a couple of weeks ago to get a big stuffed Pooh. They are only carrying small ones Did find some jammies for Tiffany and I on sale to keep for next July's cruise. Yea one thing done!

Heidi- I am so sorry. I never thought of that! I am always trying to find ways to meet up with you and never thought of that. Dang! I love to go to Park Meadows and Castle Rock outlet. As a matter of fact when I decide the exact date in August we are going school clothes shopping for Tiffany in August I will let you know. You better come. I keep inviting you and your Mom to stuff and keep getting told no.
