College Program or Professional Internship??

Is one better than the other?? Do you need to be a Jr. to apply to the PI?? Is it harder to get in than the CP? Any advice would be appreciated.

PI is most definitely more difficult in fact half the time they don't even respond to inquiries about the job. If the CP is done there are a wider range of PI's available. Not to mention it seems easier to transition from CP to PI because then you can get the help and input of Disney Leaders while you're working there.

ya PI is quite difficult. there are rounds of interviews and stuff like that. there is deffinately more waiting and anxiety for the process. also, they may not tell someone anything. basically, they are choosing the best of the best

CP is much easier because they are a lot less selective on who they let in.

PI is much more difficult to get. The positions are more related to your major and what you're interested in pursuing as a career. They are easier to get if you have already completed a CP, but there are still fewer spots for the PI's.
