College Credit (UGA) and Braces Questions

Okay, two totally unrelated things...

I will be a junior at University of Georgia. I talked to one girl who did it who goes to UGA and she said she didn't get college credit for it, but know it's accredited for 12 hours now and I was wondering if anyone knows how to go about getting college credit for insurance reasons or anything like that!

Also,

I have to get braces this month and I am wondering if there are any CPers or former CPers that have had braces during the CP and had to get treatment elsewhere and what that experience was like and how you had to handle it. They should be off after 18 months but I really want to do the program Spring 2011 (at LEAST once).

If anyone has information on either of these topics, I would appreciate it so much!

I got my braces off about 6 years ago, but my teeth started going crooked because I stopped wearing my retainer. I went back to my orthodontist and got a new retainer that would restraighten my teeth. He was able to recommend a friend of his that was an orthodontist in Florida in the event I had any issues while I was down there. I would ask your doctor--they have friends all over the place and honestly, they will tell you exactly what to do.

I went to my eye doctor's today and I asked her what I should do since I'm leaving for a PI next month and she told me not to worry about it, just come back when I get home. Ask your orthodontist!

Thanks so much! I will definitely ask them next time I go in. I did ask the office manager about it and she sounded a little wary but I don't know if that just has to do with the business ($) aspect of it!
