Collecting Will Call tickets?

I have MNSHHP, Annual Pass and MYW tickets to collect, can I get them all at Downtown Disney and where abouts do I go to collect them?

We will be going on our first night so don't want to spend ages wondering where to go!

Yes you can pick them all up at DD or any of the parks

just make sure you have Photo ID with you for the AP's
and the right numbers taken down from your reservions
this happened to me once but they were able to find them after a long long time

We always use DTD for collecting any tickets. Picked up our AP's and Halloween tickets on 5th August, no line again. Find it the easiest and quickest Guest services every time. Its between the glass and sports stores.

Sorry to invade the thread can you also exchange Virgin ticket vouchers at DTD Guest Relations it will save us waking up early on our park day to do this.

Never bought tickets from Virgin but if it says exchange at guest services/tickets windows then yes they can be exchanged at DTD.

Thanks Wayne it just says ticket booths but states the four parks, wont hurt to give it a try we are only at the fairfield Lake Buena Vista so will probably be going there to eat and browse.

I did the will call link and did not see this question posed anywhere..


I did the Special event purchase after reasoning with Hubby that our two girls missed out on all the sold out Hanna Montana concerts. So their birthdays are Dec 5 & 8 lets try to get tickets and make it a combination holiday and birthday special event.. I reasoned that a concert ticket alone and then park tickets at Disneyland is dream come true for the girls..

We live in GA so a real special trip..Flight and hotel and tickets all set.

But here is where the will call comes in.
I was the one logging in to attempt to get the tickets.
I got in and had 1 minute 30 seconds to finalize the purchase.. grabbed the one credit card that could handle that amount and bingo we got tickets..

Yes.. I Jumped around with the girls..

My husband and I cannot both go..
I know this is a story but.

We share banking and credit cards as most married couples. Same accounts One bank card his name, one in mine.. I used all my contact info to sign in and do the purchase.

Same shared last name, of course and same shared credit card .. I have not found anyone that can confirm that he sharing the same credit card and the same last name .. along with the email ticket purchase confirmation will be able to pick up the tickets.


Please help I am at a loss and really concerned hasn't this happened to other families before .. and am I worried over nothing??

you can also pick up will call tickets from any disney resort concierge desk (the ticket desk near reception)..

I got them no problems from DTD even with out my ref numbers which I had left in the hotel room.
