Collecting Park Tickets

Hi - Just wondered where I collect Universal park tickets when I have a Virgin holidays voucher??

The virgin call team member mentioned Guest Services, but where is that?? Do they mean at the park entrance or is it some where in City Walk??

There are Customer Services at the entrance to each of the two Universal parks. You can exchange your vouchers there.
