Hi all, when we visit in Nov my grandsons will be with us and i'd like to get them collecting some small items to remember the trip and maybe start a collection.I know that caracters will sign an autograph book but has anyone any oyher sugestions ?pins, badges or anything you might be aware of.
Thanks Graham

You will see lots of children with lanyards around their necks swapping pins. There are special traders that can only trade with kids and no-one above 12. Squashed pennies could be another idea and can be put into special books.

The obvious choice is pins - but pin collecting can get out of hand LOL

Another option is 'pressed pennies'. There are machines almost everywhere in the parks and the resorts. It's also a great way to get rid of your change :)

What about the pressed pennys . These machines can be found around every park & you can buy a book to put them in.:wizard: :wizard:

Pin collecting is great, also gets you introduced to cast members (dream givers :goodvibes) DS got Ice cream and certificate, but you can get carried away with it, Ds now had around 500-550 pins.
See my thread here if you are interested in doing it. Buy from somewhere like this before you go, he sells quality pins and it will save you a fortune.
100 pins in Disney will cost $700-$1000, he delivers them for $240 or less.
You can buy less quantities but watch for quality of pins from other sellers.

the pressed pennies are a great idea, we collected them and them found an offical disney collecting book for them, i think it was in the hotel shop... only cost a few dollars and i keep it in my pin bag! :)

The Epcot World Showcase Passport for all of the countries there is a good souvenier, as it has info about the country and if you go to a specified place a stamp mark is added and you get to chat to the CM from that country.
