Cold Mountain with Jude and Nicole--What did you think?

If Nicole Kidman was to old for the part, who do you think should of played that part.

Now that I know there is a book, I think I will go find it at the library.

ya it is one of those hate the ending, but isn't it better this way cuz it isn't as expected?

i thought it was a sweet war love story movie, even if some stuff was creepy

We haven't seen the movie. We listened to the book on CD (12 of them) while driving to and from Florida last spring. Both DH and I enjoyed it, but I couldn't imagine a movie doing it justice. The narration was done by the author who, of course, had the perfect accent for the story.

I did hate the ending, though.
