Hi! We are trying to make plans for a spring break trip - looking for something new to do. We have ressies at HHI but are thinking of possibly camping instead. Is it cold at night the first week in April?

Thanks!

We have camped during that time period for several years at Ft. Wilderness. You "might" get a cooler night, but for the most part I think you'll be fine.

We were there late March into April in 2002. It was pleasant most nights, but on the last night, it got down into the lower 50's or upper 40's. It was a mite chilly!

Take some blankets and you'll be fine.

Have fun!
