Coke Rewards Tickets

FYI to anyone planning to use their My Coke Rewards Universal Tickets that they won--they cannot be upgraded to a park-to-park ticket. I spoke to sales at Universal today because we want to experience the new Harry Potter areas during our Nov trip--but the prize tickets are single park only. They said that since the tickets are considered complimentary--they have no monetary value--hence no way to be upgraded or changed.
