I know that this is an older post but had a quick question. We still have the cups from 2016. Can I take them back with us and just pay the daily refill rate or do I need to buy a whole new cup?

We inquired about the same thing before our last trip. I contacted customer service and they told me that as long as the chip in the bottom of the cup is still readable, it can be recharged. We had no problem recharging our cup and plan on using it on our next trip as well.

What about soda water - plain or flavored? Available anywhere? Freestyle only?
