Coinstar $10 deal

Coinstar has a good deal going on right now: You put in $40 of loose coins, and you get a gift certificate to one of a number of good stores. PLUS you can send in your receipt to Coinstar, and you get another $10 back.

No fees, so this is a good deal.

BUT I can't find the form to send in to get the $10 back. Can anyone help me?

I just did this deal today, the $10 bonus form prints out with your ecertificate. Very easy.

So, is there a limit to how many times you can do this? I did this promotion a couple of years ago and you had to mail something in and then the sent an amazon code to you through your email. This sounds like you might be able to do more than 1 per household.

Never mind - I just reread your post and I see that it printed out the form with your certificate. Sorry - I also read the rules and it is one per household.

On the website it says the form will print out at the coinstar machine at the end of the coinstar receipt.
