Do they give you coffee in the cabins daily? I have heard conflicting reports and since mornings DO NOT start til I have my coffee, I need to know whether I need to bring in a can with me. :flower:

Our last trip there was coffee when we checked in but it was never replenished and it was expensive at the campground store. I always bring my own - and don't forget the filters for the coffee maker. Twice I ended up buying them at the campground store before I got smart and added them to my packing list. I don't remember coffee ever being replaced on earlier trips either. My days don't start without coffee either. And sitting on the deck with my morning coffee is always enjoyable. I've also found that putting a few groceries in my luggage makes sure I have room for souvenirs when packing to come home!

Great info..........I was wondering the same, both dh and myself MUST have coffee in the am!!
You would think they would replenish the coffee everyday with everything else! Thanks for the info on the coffee filters, I assume they are just normal coffee makers that take the normal filters?
Thanks!

I am the same as the OP, in that I need my coffee!!! I use a french press at home. If I am bringing filters, what kind do I buy? Is there a standard size that I can get at Target which will fit the pot in the cabins?

:confused3 The cabin has two coffee makers. There is a 4 cup and a 12 cup. The 4 cup is waiting for you on the counter with a complimentary package of coffee but that is the only one you will get for your trip. The 12 cup is hidden in one of the cabinets. Maybe the one above the sink or the small one on top of the pantry, can't remember exactly which one. I also bring my own coffee, but have forgotten filters plenty of times. I just use a paper towel ripped to size, it beats have to pay those outrageous prices for something you will forget to pack to take home. :teeth:
