Coffee pots at POR

I'm not sure, the the rooms at POR might already have a coffee pot. If not, you can definately request it from housekeeping. Just make sure to specify that you need the coffee pot, plus cups and setups. Once we request it at the CR and they only brought the pot. Had to go back for everything else. (What were they thinking?)

Also, iron and board are standard in the rooms. But not a hairdryer.

Coffee pot is available on request. You need to request irons and ironing boards also.

I was just there 2 weeks ago, irons & ironing boards are now in the rooms. Still have to request coffee maker.

:D Hi sue1013--What section of POR did you stay in?? We're going there in January and plan to stay in the mansion section.
Question: Which section is closest to the parking lot??We usually stay at a deluxe resort and we're spoiled by the valet parking. This is the first time in a moderate and I have problems with my feet during the week i'm there-I just don't want to have to walk a long way to our car everyday. Mind you- i get physically prepared for our trips but the blisters just won't leave me alone-of course only on vacation. I'm not concern with being near the food court or the pools. Any suggestions?? :yo-yo:

so glad POR supplies coffeepot and set up.

I assume we must bring our own coffee..

The nice thing about the moderates is that you are never far from the parking lots.

No, actually, they will also supply you with coffee packets big enough to make the four cup pot. Usually, you will get at least one regular and one decaf a day, but you can always request more.

They also only bring a few cream and sugars, but I usually stop by the food court and get a few more. I'm sure mousekeeping will bring you extra too, but I like alot.

As for the taste, I like my coffee strong, so I don't have any problem with the coffee at disney. However, my SIL and DB didn't like it at all.

Which section is closest to the parking lot

I have only ever stayed in the mansions, but it seemed that each building had it's own parking lot. We have never had a problem getting a parking space in our own lot and we have tried parking at different times of the day and evening.

The parking is pretty good and shouldn't be a problem. There is parking for each building so it is not that bad. I was actually just there over the weekend for one night and we were in Oak Manor in a river waterview room and we had an iron and ironing board but we also had a hairdryer. We were only there for one night before moving to the GF so we didn't request a coffee maker.:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
