This may sound silly, but I love my own brand of coffee. Has anyone ever brought their own coffee pot on board??? Any problems you can think of this with this????

Yes mickeyworld

There are some real "Coffee Snobs" that have brought a coffee maker onboard. I almost got away with it until my DW caught me.

Actually, we had room service deliver coffee every morning to our stateroom. It was good enough for me but maybe not for a daily Starbuck's fan.

I am no coffee expert, but I think you will find the coffee on board just fine. Fine enough to justify not packing a coffee pot.
Coffee is very much an individual preference though, I say that because several folks I work with would rather have instant coffee than Starbucks. I find Starbucks just fine also.

We have been known to bring a coffee maker places. In fact, we have gotten a $7 maker and just left it places. I did not like the coffee. I never ordered from room service, but I thougth the stuff at the drink station on deck 10 was hardly worth the trip up there.

I brought my coffeemaker on the 4 day in February. I was given a Two for the Road cofeemaker by Cuisinart that brews right into two travel mugs. It worked great. I also didn't have to worry about breaking the carafe and was able to tag it with my other luggage.
