coffee makers in room at AKL?

not having any luck with the search function so -

are there coffee makers in the rooms at AKL or can you request to have one brought to you?

We didn't have one when we were there in late July/early August. We ordered that wonderful room service pressed coffee every morning!! I would ask when you check in if they would have one sent to your room.

We were there in June 03 & they did not have coffee makers in the room.

We were very close to the Mara so we bought those refillable mugs/cups and my DH just walked over in the morning.

although there are none in the room, you can request one. they will bring you coffee with it for your 1st day, but they will not leave more coffee everyday, you would have to bring it with you or buy more at the gift shop. i left a nice note for housekeeping asking for more coffee but did not receive it.
