Coffee Makers at resorts

This may be a dumb question but does anyone know....when you request a coffee maker in your room, does it come with all the "fixins". Regular coffee, decaf, sugar, sweet n low, powdered creamer, etc.? If it does, do they give you a supply or do you have to ask for more every day? I'm debating whether or not I should just bring my own supply. Thanks for any help!

Yes it comes with a packet of regular and decaf coffees and the powdered creamer sugars and artificial sweetners. I like a lot of coffee so I just asked mousekeeping for some extra(I left a note by the coffee maker) and they gave me plenty. Hope that answers your question. Lynda

Another thing to consider is that each "packet" (which has the decaf/reg/sugar/creamer) just has one small creamer packet. If you like more creamer than that, you'll need to ask for more "packets." I ended up walking down to the food court and getting more "real" creamers. I think I'll bring my own next time!

Thanks so much for replying you guys. I'm leaving tomorrow and still didn't know if I should bring my own or not. Can't see the mouse without my coffee. I think I'll take what they have and ask for extra. I have so much packed I really didn't want to worry about bringing my own "fixins". Thanks again.

We requsted a coffee maker when we stayed at CR two months ago. We were told that CR doesn't provide them anymore.

If you really want your coffee I would bring it. I love my am coffee and when traveling alone with young kids its important to me to have a coffee maker.

Here is my "coffee maker" story to date:

I have gotten one atd CR, Poly, and AK. Poly and AK provided coffee and fixings but only for the first day. CR housekeeping said they don't provide coffee, oh and btw I did get a coffee maker at CR just this past Columbus day. At the BC they promised me a coffee maker each and every day and after 7 days I never did get one.

I have always gotten a coffee maker at the moderates, CSR, CBR and POFQ but never coffee supplies. IIRC the value resorts do not provide coffeemakers.

I always use a town car so it isn't a problem getting some coffee and cream and the food court has plenty of sugar packets.

My dh recently got me a single cup coffeemaker, it makes the coffee directly into a nice steel travel mug. I am planning on traveling with this from now on as it does not have any glass to break. At least I won't have to worry or beg for my am coffee anymore.

Perhaps you can give the resort a call directly and ask if they provide them and how often if ever they run out. They can also tell you the policy on supplies and you can be prepared.
