Do the All Star Resorts have a coffee maker in the rooms? In my many stays in the values, I can't remember what's in the room.

If not, can I get hot water in the QS location? will it be free?

The value resorts don't have coffee makers. At the food court, there should be hot water available, since they do sell tea. I have gone in the past (as recently as February) to get hot water for my instant oatmeal, so you should be okay. Hope things haven't changed.
