This swap has come so far without the op, we all did a great job of stepping up to the plate to keep it going , so as Virginia moms trip gets closer someone else should be ready to jump in and keep it going .I'm going next year too so in early 09 I will jump in again!! This is a really great swap!!

Cruisekat- Go ahead and get in touch with coneeny4 whenever you want. I haven't seen a post from her in a while. We may want to confirm that she still wants the pot. I'm leaving the morning of 3/28. Depending on when you get up and leave, I could drop the coffeepot off with you instead of you going down to retrieve it from the luggage people (less chance of it getting lost!) We have a 10 am flight, so we'll be leaving around 7 am on the Magical Express. When you have an idea about what you'll be doing that day, send me a PM so we can coordinate getting the pot to you!!

IMN2DSNY- I assume you still have my info and will be leaving the pot for me since we've found noone to fill in the two weeks between us. Let me know if you need anything.

To everyone in April and after- englishrose is right.... we've managed this swap with minimal effort. I haven't been keeping track of people's information. All I do is update this list as people ask for days on the message boards in a first come first serve manner. We've left it up to the folks in the swap to coordinate getting each other's info. Chances are that I'll check the board once or twice after I get back (to see how cruisekat's trip went!), but we will need someone else to keep the list updated and maintained. For anyone in May- it will be important to keep the list updated since we need to ensure we have enough folks stepping in to keep the pot moving around.

Did Melissa get back yet and report on the POT?? Yes I willcheck in from time to time too but I think you need to do as VA mom says and just keep it going yourselves it really isn't to hard ifsomeone after VAmom posts the list then they can edit as it goes along until their time is up and then hand it over !!

OK VirginiaMom! That sounds good...let's do the 'in-person' hand off, less chance of things getting lost. We'll most certainly still be in our room when your leaving, as much as I'd like to be up and out early, I just know us! So we can pick it up at your room or you can drop it at ours on your way out!

Hi, I PMed, but thought I would post here. Slight change with my dates (problem with the flight bookings). I will be at the POP from Dec 2 (not 1st) - 16 (not 15). Is it possible to change my dates with the coffee maker swap? Thanks.

If there is a new fridge swap starting I would be interested as well. I haven't been able to find any. I would be interested in that for the 2 - 16 as well!
