Coffee maker swap at POP

I am using the coffee pot from Nov 24 thru Nov 29. I have heard from candeeapril, the person before me, and have exchanged info with her. Now I need to get in touch with the person after me to leave the their info on the box. How do I go about this? I'm looking to PM Jennabeth who is supposed to be at Pop from Dec 1 to Dec 7.

Looking forward to hearing from candeeapril about her trip, what is in the coffee box and what I might need to bring down with me and possibly leave for the next person.
(Coffee, filters, cups, etc.)

If you click on private messages up near the top right of your screen, you should be taken to a new page. On the left side of that page are several links to multiple abilities. Click on the send new private message and copy/paste the name into the 'to' section. I believe the list that's up now has their actual screenname so that should send you right to them.

Hey Lannah-

If the pot is still around in March, I'd love to use it from 3/21 to 3/28. It feels strange to be reserving it again since I used it earlier this year. How fast time is flying by!!

I tried to send you a PM, but don't know if you got it since I wasn't sure about how to send one. It doesn't seem like it would be difficult, but if there's a way to mess it up, I'd be the one to figure it out!!

Just curious as to what the protocol is if you aren't able to get in contact with the person behind you on the list. I've sent one PM to ranthony (and plan on sending another this week) but haven't heard back yet. If I don't hear back, should I just make two labels, one for them and one for the person after?

I'm confused.... was the previous message an official one that was put on our board or a generic letter someone got in the mail and posted on the board? From what I understand, Pop has always worked with us on all the coffeemaker and refridgerator swaps.

Is this coffee swap still going?

I wouldn't worry about it..When i checked in at the front desk and luggage they both new that I was picking up and coffee maker and fridge(or trying to get the fridge). Nobody mentioned any such rule. so obviously it's not enforced. Mousekepign even cleaned around my coffee area every day..

Since Pop is willing to hold coffeemakers and refridgerators for up to two weeks (between guest visits), I'm guessing this is a form letter than goes out. With an organization as large as Disney, it's hard to keep everyone on the same page.

I saw that with the threads regarding the confusion about the automatic 18%tip for DDE versus DDP. One team sends out an e-mail that other teams don't know about and confusion begins!!

Lannah- do you have an updated list for the coffee pot and what weeks still need to be filled?
