I love just about any Gevalia blend. They come faithfully in the mail every few weeks, and I faithfully drink them all by myself since DH hates coffee.

Some friends recently brought me back 2 lbs. of Jamaican Blue Mountain beans back from Jamaica. I was so excited to try it, but I was kind of disappointed. It didn't do as much for me as Gevalia. I know people that have paid more than $40 a pound for it and swear by it.

Hmmmm, really? So close to my area, yet I've never tried it! I think I must!!

For the past several years I have been ordering Kenya AA from a shop in New Orleans. (Orleans Coffee Exchange). Occasionally I would get another Kenyan or Tanzanian bean that was hard to come by. Wonderful coffee.

Recently while in NYC I wandered into a great coffee shop in the village called Porto Rico Importing Co. I have ordered a couple of their specialty blends along with Columbian Supremo and Hazelnut. Also great coffee. I have been mixing my Kenyan coffee with the Columbian Supremo with great results. On weekends I add a scoop of Hazelnut to one of the blends. Tasty. Loved that I actually found a hazelnut while grinding the beans.

I highly recommend both stores. Very reasonable as well. Even with shipping, much cheaper than comparable coffee from the local stores.

Drinking Caffe Verona from Starbucks right now, bags almost gone so I will start on my Godiva Creme Brulee after that.



BUT...Just got the Frozen Mocha Mix from Williams and Sonoma last night with the chocolate and caramel drizzles to go with.....It is out of this world!!!!!!!!!

Dan great coffee drinkers drink alike We have the same coffee ritual every morning. But every now and again my husband breaks down and buys some Kona.
