I'm not a coffee snob, but my DH is! We no longer have traditional coffee makers in our house. He's gone to using a french press pretty much on a daily basis. I believe that he's got one that he uses for traveling as well. It's a press and a mug all in one...and wouldn't you know...it's lime green!
His most recent find...well, actually, I'm the one who pointed it out to him...is one of the single cup french presses. I'm not sure how it works, but he now has the ability to pop that into any mug and make a good cup of coffee wherever he may be! It's very small and will easily fit into the suitcase. He bought it specifically for travel purposes. We found his at our local Super Target in the coffee aisle. I've also seen them online at Sur la Table. That link will take you to the product that he bought.
And I recently stayed at the Dolphin. In my room, there was a coffee maker, to go cups, lids, a coffee sleeve and Starbucks coffee packets.
The Flatties and I enjoyed a cup of Starbucks each morning before our MouseFest festivities!
