She is just moving into her house, so she has no internet & hasn't really driven around.

There is a Starbucks right down the road near Safeway.

Go out the Vetran's gate, go left, drive until you get to Safeway (two lights I think), turn into parking lot. It is on the corner near PizzaHut/Taco Bell.
