Coffee Cups in Disney World?

Hello!
I'm visiting next month with my best friend who is very mindful of sustainability and reusable items (she was so happy when she heard about plastic straws going away!) - we are both bringing water bottles and reusable straws with us, but if she were to go into the Starbucks on Main Street with her own travel cup... would that be weird? It's such a common thing in the UK now (a lot of places give you a discount if you bring your own reusable cup) but I wasn't sure if it was a common practice in the States!

Starbucks has had that policy for years. They sell reusable tumblers or you can bring in your own.

Perfect! Thank you! It's been a few years since I've been in a Starbucks in the US, and never in Disney so wanted to check before she started packing cups Knowing us we'll be coming home with even more once we see the Disney ones!!

Yup, not weird at all. I use my reusable cup all the time. Disney is the one place I don't (since I don't want to have to carry my metal tumbler all day), and it feels so weird to me to just get a paper cup when we're in the parks!

It's not exactly common, but I do it. Not with coffee -- only 'cause I don't drink coffee -- but I do it with other drinks.
