coeliac and deserts - where to track down a good pudding!

I am coeliac and going to wdw next july and have the ddp

My question is what good deserts are available and where at the TS restuarants - confession I am one those who reads the desert menu before the mains- but since becoming gluten free its a real disappiontment to read it and find there is nothing I can have- I am sure there are others like me so thought this would make a good thread for us to look at before making ARDs- photos would also be good here

Counter service info would also be good

my brother has coeliac and we just returned from our first gluten free disney vacation (pm me for with any questions!) We had an awesome mango berry tapioca pudding at sanaa. In fact they have a gluten free menu!!

email special diets at Disney and they will send u 2 PDF files with all the avail items at counter service that are gluten free.. Then they will let all the Table service know your gluten free and the chef's will make u items. We will be there in 10 days and I have high hopes for eating.. i have a feeling I will be eating better there and I do at home!
