I was wondering if you already have your dining plan booked will you still be able to use a code if you receive one? Also, does anyone have the phone number were you can call to see if one will be sent out to you?

I don't think so. If you are under a package with the dining plan then that is the package. Codes are usually room only discounts and in that case the dining wouldn't apply.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but I am almost positive its one or the other.
