Got mixed results over the past 2 days. Got 4 of 7 days at GF(2/7-2/11) AP rate, but had to movr from GV to LV. This happened on first call yesterday am. Tried again last night and twice today(also checked room only BDP) no luck on 2/4-2/7 at GF for either discount or availability of GV w/discount on any of the days. My questions are 1. IS it going to be that crowded 2 weeks before Presidents weekend? and 2. What is going on 2/3-2/6, where there is blackouts on codes and seemingly no availability(atleast at the GF)?

I had the same problem and had to take LV @GF. I know the Mardi Gras holiday is Feb. 8th in N. O. and many people leave after school the Friday before, which MIGHT account for the weekend of the 5th and 6th - I really don't know, but I think it is a problem that is unique to many of the deluxes and the GF in particular, because I have tried as many times as you and right when the call centers opened, so I suspect they may not have had very many (if any) GV rooms in the system.
