trying to decide on Dec or Oct. Dec would be during value season, but we went in Oct '98 for our honeymoon, so Oct would be celebrating our 10th anniversary. Just can't decide if I want to pay more to go on the exact date and go in Oct, or go in Dec and celebrate son's 5th birthday, and roll in it being for Christmas and our Anniversary also.

Any thoughts?

Waiting for general October codes myself. Wife and I and 3 kids going October 11-18th. We actually got a postcard yesterday for 40% off for the first time ever. Just my luck our week is not listed, the pin code picks back up October 19th and our dates unfortunately are not flexible. So close but yet so far away.

We're in for October too. We're going 10/21 - 10/26. I have quotes from a couple of Disney travel agents and they were exactly the same. I also got one from AAA which was about $250 less than the other Disney agents. I'm just not sure our AAA agent will check to see if the rates ever change or if any deals are offered. We can only hope....

Guess I need to keep my eyeballs on this thread now.

I am currently booked with free dining 9/25-10/4 and also got the 40% off flier. This week was "supposed" to be my kids fall break. I knew that the school calendar might change, so this morning I decide to check the school calendar. They have changed the Fall break from 10/6 - 10/10. When I booked free dining during bounceback, I verified the dates, and now they have recently changed them. UGH!!! We are still gonna go, but now I need to find a discount for these dates, since I now can not use either free dining or the 40% off discount. Bummer!

Thanks for letting me vent.

Anyhow, so what kind of discounts are available these dates? I know it is Columbus Day week, so can I even expect one?
