)I got a bird hat code and when I used it on vmk, it didn't work. I tried logging out and didn't work. how do i fix this?

Only vmk can help you with that. Go to contact us and select "I'm having problems with a secret code"

Then leave the details with them, the code as printed on the card, and when you tried to enter it.

and don't be surprised if you get a response asking for all the information you just gave and then when you reply back you get another email saying cased close we believe we answered your last question. VMK still owes me a fire window. But did not have the effort to keep trying even though I bought the pin with my own money.
