Would not drink much of it. One small glass while sitting on porch. Oh, and it's diet vanilla coke. Which seems kind of silly since the rum has calories.
I usually mix the rum with pineapple juice and then seltzer.

I found a favorite new drink when I was in the Virgin Islands.

Lime 'N Coconut....made with Coconut Rum, Rose's Lime Juice, Coco Lopez, and a splash of Sprite. Yummy!

Oh man, this all sounds good!!

As far as my "Rum Shake" I just make a chocolate shake (in my case chocolate soy milk and chocolate ice cream, just because I love the combination) and put a shot of Parrot Bay in at the last. I have never met a coconut lover that didn't like this!

My favorite is Malibu and pineapple jello shots. Make the cold water recipe, and replace some of the water (depending on how strong you want them, but not more than half or they won't jell) with Malibu. So Good!!

It's amazing how many things I've learned in college that have nothing to do with school..
