From your experiences
what hotel might have shuttle service from airport to hotel
ideally shuttle service to port Canaveral
restaurants ( easily walkable because we won’t have a car
and that last either beach or pool so we can pass time

There are several that offer a shuttle to the port - the Radisson and Country Inn are popular. The Radisson has easier access to restaurants. Neither are on the beach side of the island but both have pools. The Holiday Inn Resort has pools and beach access. I am not sure if they offer a port shuttle.

I am not aware of any hotel in Cocoa Beach that provides a shuttle from MCO.

Yeah, there are hotels near the airport that have shuttles (we've used one) but I haven't seen anything that goes all the way from the airport to Cocoa Beach - there would have to be a charge, that's a huge ask.

You can book cruise transportation through goport.com and even include a hotel on the beach. For the beach hotels there is a time of day limit so your flight needs to arrive fairly early. Have booked hotel through goport and typically costs around $30pp over hotel cost. Last trip had Hampton Gateway airport hotel and cruise pickup was 9:30. Got to port just after 11 (several hotels/airport picked up on same bus).
