Coco Key Resort Fee Question..

I've been pricing Coco Key Orlando out for our April trip. Most sites (Expedia, Coco Key and another one) don't show a resort fee, but I've also seen a resort fee added by some other sites.

Has anyone stayed there and encountered the resort fee? It appears that booking through Univeral's website will require a resort fee of $19 per night. However, I just booked through Universal at the AAA travel fair and was not told of that fee.
