Cocktails!

Just back from a great long weekend in Disneyland Paris. Perhaps the best part was the discovery of the Blue Glow-Tini (apart from the price of them!)

Does anyone know the make-up of it? I've got the ingrediants but don't know the measures?

I've found two recipes which are both fairly similar...

1oz Citrus Vodka
0.5oz Blue Curacao
0.5oz peach schnapps (archers)
Splash sour mix
Splash pineapple juice

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]1 ounce Sweet & Sour[/FONT]​

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]0.5 ounce Pineapple Juice[/FONT]

Many thanks, I saw this one on the net but the DLP version doesn't have a dash of sour mix - will give it a try this weekend and let you know!

All the hotel bars do - as do the restaurants . Kids are more than welcome, its very child friendly, there are non alcoholic cocktails too

Another glowtini fan here!!!

Ooh that looks fab, I can't wait.

Just out of interest and so I can budget accordingly, I think last time we were there cocktails were about 7.50 euros and bottles of lager around the same, anyone got uptodate prices ?

I'm sure I've read Glowtinis are about 14Euro Jill but I could be wrong!

I think I paid about 11 at the Sequoia Lodge (dont the same drinks get more expensive depending which bar you go to?). This is the most expesnive drink on the menu-but soooo worth it!

yeah, just checked a picture I tool of the menu (to copy the ingredients!) - 11 euros for the glow-tini!

Hildasmuriel are they all non-alcoholic ones in the pics, the boys usually insist on joining me and Liam would love that smoking one.
I think the first one with Tink on the glass looks lovely, I never think to photograph them, but I do have a new camera coming soon for my birthday along with 3 memory cards, so no excuse next time, there will be photos

They are more expensive as you go to the more expensive hotels: DLH obviously the most expensive, then NY and NPB seem to be similar prices, then S Lodge and finally Cheyenne and SF are cheaper still (not that Ive been round all the bars or anything )

The cocktails are often similar in the hotels but with different names . We also noticed this time there seemed to be less choice than previously but they had added special ones like the glowtini.
They also had similar glow ones for children in souvenir cups with either Tink or Captain Hook clip on glow things

Also sligfhtly OT - Jill I think it was you asking about there being somewhere to have a drink in the games arcade place next to the cinema - sorry I forgot to check for you but did mean to tell you that the bar at Magic Circus hotel (Holiday Inn) has a lot of pool tables/table football/air hockey tables - about 2E a game I think.
They are actually in the bar - there would be nothing to stop you getting the shuttle bus to the hotel one evening and having a drink there while your boys had a few games.
And to keep it on topic Im sure they did cocktails as well
